The Pool Bar and Bela Vista Bar offer afternoon cocktails and drinks, while The Summer Kitchen hosts guests for wood fired pizzas and European tapas dishes in the lush gardens.
Inspired by the seasons, guests can experience local produce, wineries and fruit orchards in summer, and enjoy mulled wine in the snow, a winter barbecue for dinner and dessert under the stars.

Antica Australis
Antica Australis (Latin for ‘the ancient South’) is a slow food regional Italian locanda in the historic village of Carcoar – which is just a 45 minute drive from Orange.Using seasonal local produce, Antica serves traditional and ancient dishes from the hidden region of Ciociaria in central Italy.
Set in a refurbished haberdashery store originally built in 1927, Antica serves a four course set menu, across four session times, on weekends.
The menu changes every four to six weeks depending on seasonality of produce. The venue offers an intimate setting of 25 guests, and is deliberately BYO so guests can enjoy wines they've discovered along the way.
