Domaine de Binet is the family label of Hunter Valley winemaker Daniel Binet. Daniel has been a winemaker for 20 years in the region, and wine show judge domestically and internationally for more than 10 years. In 2008, Daniel became director for Ballabourneen Wine Co in partnership with Alex Stuart OAM of the former Stuart Bros Construction Company. His family label, Domaine de Binet, provides an opportunity to experiment with different wine varietals and alternative winemaking techniques. -JAMES HALLIDAY
