Our Review
Graeme and Tania Levick run Rosebrook Estate and Hunter River Retreat as parallel operations. They include self-contained cottages, horse-riding, tennis, canoeing, swimming, bushwalking, fishing, riverside picnic area, recreation room and minibus for winery tours and transport to functions or events in the area. Somewhere in the middle of all this they have established 2.5ha each of chardonnay and verdelho, purchasing shiraz and muscat to complete the product range. -JAMES HALLIDAY
