Ian Scarborough honed his winemaking skills during his years as a consultant, and has brought all those skills to his own label. The Scarborough family acquired a portion of the old Lindemans Sunshine vineyard (after it lay fallow for 30 years) and have planted it with semillon and chardonnay. -JAMES HALLIDAY
