Usher Tinkler Wines

Usher Tinkler is the progeny of 3 generations of Hunter farmers, setting out on his own after first making wine (of sorts) in the family bathtub. His nemesis: boring wines. Set in the original Pokolbin church built in 1905, the Tinkler tasting room is as iconoclastic as it is brimming with a sense of place, much like his wines. The Usher Tinkler Reserve wines meld the Hunter’s proclivity for bright fruit and its shiraz wines’ earthen terracotta accent, with quality oak and stridently extracted structural latticework.
