Art of Krupinski

Artur Krupinski and family are of Polish heritage. Work took them around rural Australia before settling in the Granite Belt. Recognising the potential of the location, they bought an established 4.5ha vineyard planted to chardonnay, shiraz, verdelho, merlot, cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc. A further 0.8ha (more cabernet franc and Italian varieties) is planned. Highly awarded local winemaker Mike Hayes has played a role in bringing Art of Krupinski to life, and he continues to be involved in elements of the winemaking, which began with the 2022 vintage. General releases play to the typicity of each variety, with earlier drinking in mind. -MIKE BENNIE
