Our Review
Joe Prendergast and family have established 2ha each of shiraz and cabernet sauvignon, 1ha each of verdelho and semillon and 0.5ha each of merlot and black muscat. The vines are crop-thinned to obtain maximum ripeness in the fruit and to maximise tannin extract, although the winery's speciality is the Dusty Rose. -JAMES HALLIDAY
