Our Review
Swan Wine Group was formed through the merger of Inspire Vintage and Australia Swan Vintage. The jewel in the business is a 10ha vineyard in Angaston that includes shiraz (a small patch of which was planted in 1908), cabernet sauvignon and grenache. The 2ha cellar door and winery vineyard in Tanunda provide the home base. The major part of the production comes from grapes purchased from growers across SA and the wines are released under the Auswan Creek, Discovery, Red Deer Station, Finders & Keepers and Inspire Estate labels. The focus is on exports to Canada, Sweden, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Nigeria, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia and China. -JAMES HALLIDAY
