After 2 decades living and working in Coonawarra, Tim Bailey decided to take a busman’s holiday by establishing his own small wine business. Tim worked at Leconfield for 21 years, and has also worked in the Sonoma Valley of California, travelling through the Napa Valley as well as France. Tim has a simple philosophy: ‘Find great growers in the regions and let the vineyard shine through in the bottle.’ Thus he sources Clare Valley riesling, Grampians shiraz, Adelaide Hills chardonnay and Coonawarra cabernet sauvignon. -JAMES HALLIDAY
