Sfera Wines by Wirrega Vineyards

In ’93, Scott Collett, Rocco Melino, Roger Oakeshott, Grant Tilbrook, John Younger and Guido Zuccoli – a group that holds an awesome amount of knowledge about every aspect of the wine industry – formed a partnership to develop this large vineyard which, until '13, was content to stick to supplying grapes for some of the partners’ own enterprises and to businesses as large as Pernod Ricard. Rocco and Guido have since passed on, with Guido’s daughter Lynne and Simon and Karina Spier joining the partnership. -JAMES HALLIDAY
