Juxtaposed

Justaposed (previously Dodgy Brothers) is a partnership between Canadian-born winemaker Wes Pearson, viticulturist Peter Bolte and grape grower Peter Sommerville. Wes graduated from the University of British Columbia’s biochemistry program in '08, along the way working at wineries including Château Léoville-Las Cases in Bordeaux. Also in ’08 he and his family moved to McLaren Vale, and after working at several wineries, he joined the Australian Wine Research Institute as a research scientist. Peter Bolte has almost 40 vintages in McLaren Vale under his belt and was the original Dodgy Brother. Peter Sommerville’s vineyard provides cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and petit verdot. -JAMES HALLIDAY
