Our Review
Joe Grilli has always produced innovative and excellent wines. The biennial release of the Joseph Sparkling Red (in its tall Italian glass bottle) is eagerly awaited, the wine immediately selling out. The vineyard is planted to cabernet sauvignon, shiraz, nebbiolo, sangiovese, nero d'Avola and pinot grigio. Also highly regarded are the extra virgin olive oils. -JAMES HALLIDAY
