Our Review
The Shirvington family began the development of their McLaren Vale vineyards in 1996 under the direction of viticulturist Peter Bolte and now have almost 24ha under vine, the majority to shiraz and cabernet sauvignon, with small additional plantings of grenache and mataro. A substantial part of the production is sold as grapes, the best reserved for the Shirvington wines. Exports to the US. -JAMES HALLIDAY
