Our Review
Nestled in the Mount Lofty Ranges GI between the Adelaide Hills and the Barossa Valley, Esilio wines is the nascent wine label of ex-Rolf Binder winemaker Harry Mantzarapis. It’s a smartly packaged, snappy little range of wines that includes sparkling, moscato and a selection of white and red varieties that are well-known and loved in this part of South Australia. There’s a ‘bookings by appointment’ cellar door and restaurant up there in the hills at Esilio also, which sounds like a perfect place to visit while you are touring the region. -DAVE BROOKES
