Mt Billy

Having been an avid wine collector and consumer since 1973, John Edwards (a dentist) and wife Pauline purchased a 3.75ha property on the hills behind Victor Harbour, planting chardonnay and pinot meunier. There have been various viticultural peregrinations since that time, involving the progressive grafting of all of the original plantings so that the vineyard (named ‘No Secrets') now comprises 0.7ha each of shiraz and tempranillo, the balance to petite sirah, sangiovese and viognier, from which both varietal and blended wines are made, with the active involvement of John Edwards.
