Established by Möet & Chandon, this is one of the 2 most important wine facilities in the Yarra Valley. The tasting room has a national and international reputation, having won a number of major tourism awards in recent years. The sparkling wine product range evolved with the ’94 acquisition of a substantial vineyard in the cool Strathbogie Ranges and the ’14 purchase of the high-elevation vineyard established by Brown Brothers, supplementing the Yarra Valley intake with fruit from various elevations.
