Our Review
Wally Zuk and wife Judy run all aspects of Five Oaks - far removed from Wally's background in nuclear physics. He has, however, completed the wine science degree at CSU, and is thus more than qualified to make the Five Oaks wines. The lion's share of the vineyard is planted to cabernet sauvignon (2.6ha), with 0.2ha each of riesling and merlot. Exports to Canada, Macau, Hong Kong and China. -JAMES HALLIDAY
