Georgia Dale

Georgia Dale has made wine at several noted wineries across a range of regions, both domestic and international. She has a passion for sparkling wine, thanks in part to stints at Domaine Chandon, Schramsberg Vineyards (US) and Deviation Road, though she also produces viognier, pinot noir and cabernet sauvignon from her Yarra Valley base, as well as sourcing shiraz from the Kennedy vineyard in Heathcote. Her brand XI.XI (Eleven.Eleven) refers to a long string of coincidences across her winemaking career where this number (on batches, barrels, etc.) was important. -CAMPBELL MATTINSON
