Petronio

Max Petronio started his winemaking career with Rob Dolan at Yarra Ridge in '95, going on to Yering Farm as an assistant winemaker from ’01–05, working alongside Alan Johns in both the vineyard and winery. Petronio Wines, which have always been made at Yering Farm and will continue to be, was launched in ’05. Max is focused on making single-vineyard wines and working with a range of growers in the Yarra Valley, Pyrenees, King Valley, Nagambie Lakes and the Strathbogie Ranges. -PHILIP RICH
