Our Review
Yarrawood Estate has pinot noir (10.6ha), cabernet sauvignon (7.9ha), chardonnay (7.2ha), merlot (5.3ha), shiraz (4.5ha) and lesser amounts of sauvignon blanc, riesling and verdelho. The Tall Tales wines are contract-made from the estate-grown grapes. The cellar door and cafe are located on the Melba Highway, 3km north of Yarra Glen, overlooking the vineyard. Exports to Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and China. -JAMES HALLIDAY
