Our Review
Dr Stephen Junk and Ola Tylestam purchased Estate 807 in 2009. Stephen was a respected embryologist working in IVF, while Ola came from a financial background. They chose the property due to its range of pinot noir and chardonnay clones (there are also plantings of cabernet and sauvignon blanc). Farm animals are used in the vineyard: chickens and ducks eat the pests, and sheep and alpacas provide manure and keep the vineyard neat and tidy. -JAMES HALLIDAY
