A change of owner (to Nicholas Vitalone) has also led to a change of name (from Top-Paddock Winery). The cabernet sauvignon vineyard is planted on a property high in the Darling Ranges, forming part of Elard Farm. The grapes are hand-picked and basket-pressed, but are then made into four different styles: Cabernet Rose, Cab Mac(sweet), traditional Cabernet Sauvignon and Cab Port.
