3 Oceans Wine Company

After a period of spectacular growth and marketing activity, Palandri Wine went into voluntary administration in Feb '08. In Jun '08, the Ma family, through their 3 Oceans Wine Company Pty Ltd, acquired the Palandri winery, its Margaret River vineyard and 347ha of the Frankland River vineyards. In Oct ’08, 3 Oceans also amassed the Palandri and Baldivis Estate brands. The arrival of COVID-19 and collapse of the Chinese markets for all Australian wines has led to a restructure and lower profile of the business’ activities.
