Our Review
Miles from Nowhere is owned by Franklin and Heather Tate. After working with his parents to establish Evans & Tate from ’87–05, Franklin returned to the Margaret River in ’07. The Miles from Nowhere name comes from the long journey Franklin’s ancestors made over 100 years ago from Eastern Europe to Australia. The plantings include petit verdot, chardonnay, shiraz, sauvignon blanc, semillon, viognier, cabernet sauvignon and merlot.
