Vigneron Theo Truyts (originally from Lesotho in Southern Africa) and his wife Clare Trythall (born in Japan to English and Welsh parents, grew up in Singapore and went on to become an ER doctor) purchased their '98-planted Margaret River Vineyard in '19. After grafting a substantial block of sauvignon blanc to chardonnay, the majority of the vineyard is now chardonnay with the remainder made up of sauvignon blanc, semillon and chenin blanc.
